This adventure is taken from Gravel Rides Scotland (Route 16) and there are 3 parts to it:
1. A dramatic ride up the eastern side of Glen Quoich, returning on the western side, involving 2 big river crossings.
2. A there-and-back ride up to Derry Lodge in Glen Lui.
3. Another there-and-back following the River Dee upstream to the swanky Red House bothy which is now available for overnight stays.
Each of these ’spurs’ can be taken on individually or all together depending on fitness and weather conditions.
