Ingredients
Sama chawal -1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Potato -1
Salt -1/2 Tsp
Green chilli -2tbsp
Ginger - 2tbsp
Cashew - 2tbsp
Raisin. -2tbsp
Black pepper powder -1/4tsp
Meetha dahi
Hung Curd - 750gm
Sugar powder -100gm
Green chutney
Coriander -100gm
Mint leaves - 20gm
Green chilli - 4 - 5
Less spicy green chilli -5
Cashew -1/4 cup
Black salt - 1 Tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 Tbsp
Pink salt -1/2 tsp
Lemon -1
Ice cube -3
Water - 3tbsp
Making farali dahi vada
In a cooker add sama rice , potato, 1 cup water, salt, cook it on pressure cooker 2-3 vessel.Now take mixture into mixing bowl.
Then add green chilli, ginger, cashew-raisins pieces. Black pepper powder.
Mix well and knead dough.
Now grease your hand and Take small portion of dough and make a round shape ball.
Heat oil in a pan, add vada and fry them on medium-high flame. Flip it in between for even browning.
When it is crispy and golden brown from both the sides.
Soak some vada into slightly normal water.
Meanwhile, sieve homemade dahi and add some sugar into it. Mix well. Keep it aside.
Now gently squeeze water from vada and take vada into plate.
Spread some dahi on vada. Add green chutney and sweet chutney on top.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder, coriander and pomegranate seeds on the top.
Serve chilled farali dahi vada.
