The storm wreaks havoc, causing a total power outage—can we get the farm running again in time? 💨⚡ With strong winds and heavy storms battering the county, we wake up to a total power cut, leaving our Lely Milking Robots down. Our 80kVA generator is fired up, but getting the system back online isn’t as easy as flicking a switch! Richard battles to reset the robots, ensuring the cows can be milked without delay.
Meanwhile, a new calf is born, and Richard heads out with the Massey Ferguson to collect round bale silage—only to find that a badger has broken into our beehives, raiding the honey! 🐝🐾
Later in the day, Matt Ward from Happy Hooves arrives to trim 25 cows and a bull, making sure their feet stay in top condition. It's another action-packed day on the farm—join us to see how it all unfolds!
