We've made a few big leaps forward in our old house renovation project this week, and the Catalan farmhouse kitchen is really starting to take shape now. We're building an insulation wall with light steel frame and starting the electrics, and things are really feeling like they're coming together. The mediterranean kitchen renovation is less "big dusty building site" and starting to feel more like the "heart of the home".
Up at the land we've expanded the orchard a bit further with another new tree; a fig tree, bought by one of our generous Big Backer Patreon members. It's slowly beginning to feel a lot more productive up there, and we plan to further expand the orchard area and veg beds over the coming year.

[ABOUT US]
We're Danny and Kate. In 2015 we moved from the UK to Barcelona, and after 8 years enjoying the busy city and sunny beaches we moved to the mountains to start a new adventure. We'll be renovating a town house, building an off grid cabin, restoring an old stone house and farming 12.5 acres of land with regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices in Catalunya, Spain.
