Building from our beloved BLENDER BREAD recipe (link below), we make GREAT PIZZA that just so happens to be GLUTEN FREE! I’m super excited with how fast, easy, and versatile this one is. Again, this recipe isn’t altering a better recipe so that it would be gluten free, it’s simply the best way to make this sort of bread… which just so happens to be gluten free! Che bello!

Ingredients:
~ 235g cheese (I used Fresh Mozzarella 😘👌)
~ 75ml marinara sauce
- Your Favorite Toppings! Here are some tips:
If leafy, wait until JUST before it’s done to add
If juicy, consider padding dry before applying
If uncooked meat, COOK MEAT, then add with cheese if you want it singed with your pizza
Then the crust (same recipe as our blender bread!):
- 2 cups white rice | soaking for at least 1.5hrs
- 7g salt
- 25g sugar
- 15g dry instant yeast | active dry worked really good too
- 40ml oil | whatever kind you like (I used olive oil)
- 235ml water | or 8ozs
Helpful Items:
- Parchment Paper
- 12” Round Cookie Sheet
- Kitchen Scale - you’ll get far more consistent results than with measuring spoons
- Kitchen Thermometer - again, far more reliable results
