Pineapple Dream Pie
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple drained well. Squeeze it dry
8 oz whipped topping
¼ cup of shredded coconut
Pineapple chunks for the top – you could skip this step if you choose
Prepared graham cracker crust
Beat the cream cheese until its fluffy, scraping the bowl occasionally. Add the sugar in a couple of batches. Then add whipped topping and the drained pineapple and mix thoroughly. Pour into a prepared graham cracker crust for easy serving or you could use small jars or glasses and add some crust crumbs in the bottom of the jars and then fill with the mixture.
Chocolate Pie
Prepared graham crust
6 Hershey milk chocolate bars broken into pieces
1 8 oz container of whipped topping
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in your microwave a little bit at a time. I start with 30 seconds and then go in 10 second increments stirring after each increment. In the meantime, get the whipped topping into the mixer bowl and start to beat it so that its smooth. Once the chocolate has melted thread it carefully into the whipped topping while the mixer is mixing. Allow to mix about 30 seconds, and then stop and scrape down the bowl and mix a further 15 second. Pour into the prepared crust and refrigerate.
Quick and Easy Cheesecake Pie
2 bricks of cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 8 oz container of whipped topping
3 tsps vanilla
Prepared crumb crust
Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until it is very smooth and then add the sugar and vanilla and mix again. Finally add the whipped topping and mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
