I am pretty sure this is the final version of the teeth sheet. The fastest method stays pretty much the same only make sure to wait for all ancestors to spawn in. Killing the last ancestor with the medusa blast is fine
This method may be a bit hard for some players but it can be made easier by removing some relics or not playing on hardcore resulting in a bit less theet. The amount lost can be found in the sheet in the beginning of the video.
