Muhammad Saeed Bhatti, a retired advocate, is living in Sahiwal (Montgomery) nowadays. Fatehpur Rajputan, Amritsar is his birthplace. He belongs to a well-educated family of his ancestral area. His father was a graduate of the early 2oth century.
