Dealing with toxic relationships and academic pressure from an early age took a toll on Lisa’s mental health, eventually leading to her being diagnosed with depression. A series of events overwhelmed her while she was on the recovery path which led her to consider suicide as the solution to her problems.
Now Lisa and her father Heng Kay share with us how dealing with depression as a family brought them closer to each other, and their advice for other parents and children struggling with mental health.
