This video features a Federal Signal 2T22 located in Middletown, IA, going off twice. One, for a 2 minute alert cycle and then it winds down, and two, for a 1 minute alert cycle and then it winds down. This was an unrecorded siren until now.
Unfortunately, my phone stand broke after I caught the Allertor in Cedar Falls, so I had to hold my phone for this one, sorry. Anyways, I never expected to see this siren go off twice, the second test caught me off guard. I'm not sure if this is normal for them to do 2 different tests or not. That will require some more investigating. The second test recording was cut short when it was winding down since I had to make it to New London before their Sentry went off at 6:30.
Des Moines County sends their tests on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM. The first test went off at 6:00 and then the second test went off at 6:07.
