FERMENTED CABBAGE W/ PIG EARS
( Som Pak)

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs Cabbage head
10 oz Chives
1 lbs Pig ears
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp MSG

SALT THE CABBAGE
2 tbsp Salt
Rest for 40 minutes

RICE WATER
1 tbsp Jasmine rice
4 cups Water
