Ffestiniog Railway held their annual bygones weekend/Victorian weekend which is a big annual gala with all the locos and rolling stock including the ones don't get much use out and about.
Over the weekend 4-6th October there was a Victorian set, 1920's, 1960's and modern coaching sets with the usual gravity slate set, two sets of freight set and a spooner boat.
Double fairlie's first proper gala appearance for James Spooner was out and about on the slate & Victorian set, Linda's first gala appearance since its having its overhaul completed same as Small george england Palmerston was back recreating the early days. Pioneer garratt K1 was on the Beddgelert to Porthmadog runs on the Friday and a private train ran on the Sunday.
