Ffion Davies a Black belt in both Brazeilian Jiujitsu and Judo, highly recognised as one of the best in our sport, she has come 1st Place in ADCC (2022), IBJJF World Championship (2022 / 2023), 1st Place IBJJF World Championship NOGI (2018 / 2021 / 2023**) and more!
Ffion is also the first lightweight athlete to win double gold at the No-Gi World Championship!!
Being one of the instructors at a previous Best Practice, she is back again showing us some of her favourite/ most used Techniques.
Best practice 8 will also Include Instructors Tarik Hopstock and Pedro Ramalho, two of Europes most exciting grapplers.
