Meghan Markle’s insistence that she should now be known as Meghan Sussex during a chat with Mindy Kaling on her Netflix show Love, Meghan has our royal experts asking ‘why now?’ The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden believes this was a ‘warning shot’ to the Royal Family and tells Palace Confidential that he believes Meghan is worried that King Charles or future King William could take the Dukedom of Sussex and with it their name from them.
‘Meghan’s saying if you do that, you’ve got a fight on your hands,’ he tells the show.
