In this video, we break down a Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) knife disarm flow drill—but let’s be honest: disarms are **accidental and incidental** in real fights. You should never rely on them. Instead, focus on **softening up your opponent**, controlling the situation, and understanding that **luck** plays a huge role.
