Shape 24cm
Recipe:
600 gr minced meat (I have beef)
400 gr onion (2 large onions)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt, pepper to taste
8 sheets filo dough
30 ml vegetable oil for lubricating sheets
1 egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1. For the filling, cut onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the minced meat, mix it with the onion and simmer until the liquid evaporates completely. Season the filling with spices.
2. Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Put in a mold alternating between filo dough and filling oiled with vegetable oil as shown in the video.
3. Mix the egg with mayonnaise and pour this mixture over the top of the pie. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
4. Bake the cake in an oven preheated at 180 degrees until browning. Enjoy your meal!
