In this travel vlog, my dad, gf, and I take a guided tour around Ninh Binh, Vietnam. Ninh Bình is a picturesque mountainous jungle region about two hours away from Hanoi, Vietnam.
Interestingly, much of the film Kong: Skull Island was filmed in Ninh Binh. The serene mountain landscapes are home to beautiful nature as well as goats which skillfully scale the faces of cliffs.
We booked a guided tour of Ninh Binh on Tripadvisor for $60 each. The tour included a bicycle ride around a local village, a buffet style lunch, a visit to the temple of Dinh Bo Linh, a boat tour of Tam Con, and a visit to the Hang Mua Peak. The tour left Hanoi at 7am, and we returned to Hanoi at about 7pm the same day.
For any travelers looking for a fun day trip when visiting the northern region of Vietnam, Ninh Binh is a great way to spend a day or two!
