Bayan Parhami, one of the co-founders of Bahá'í Faith Modern Perspectives, is a student at the University of Virginia, where he studies Cognitive Science with a concentration in neuroscience and Religious Studies. He recently took a year off from university to dedicate himself to full-time service, focusing on community-building initiatives and youth empowerment. During this time, he traveled to places such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, China, and Japan, gaining valuable insights into the global challenges facing humanity and deepening his commitment to contributing to the betterment of the world. Bayan's experiences have inspired him to connect his academic pursuits with practical efforts to foster individual and collective growth.
