This is a video lesson on solving area of composite figures.
AREA is the number of square units needed to cover the surface area of a plane figure.
COMPOSITE FIGURES are figures that consist of two or more geometric shapes such as triangles, squares, rectangles, circle, semicircle, etc.
The area of a composite shape is found by using the formula of the basic parts and adding or subtracting to find the total area.
