Today we will go grocery shopping at K-Citymarket. Showing Prices in Euro and US Dollar. Tax is included in all prices.
I will cook simple nordic food, potato and meatballs. Will also cook a pancake breakfast, "Pannari" (oven pancake), recipe down below.
Unboxing new kitchen items from Fiskars. And we will spend some time outside in the snow ❄️ Little brother just got a new pulkka (sled?) and we will test it out.

Pannari/Pannukakku Recipe (Oven pancake) 1 tray
4 eggs
1 litre / 1kg / 4.2 cups milk
5.5 dl / 330g / 2.2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
100g / 3.5 oz melted butter
1. Add eggs to a bowl and whisk them to break them up.
2. Add milk.
3. Add dry ingredients and melted butter.
4. Wait 30 min (or if you are preparing it the night before, put it in the fridge over night)
5. Put baking paper on the oven tray and then pour the batter on the tray.
6. Cook in middle of the oven at 250°C / 482°F for 15-25 minutes, depending on your oven. It is done when it has gotten some colour.
