The world’s best-selling car isn’t a Toyota, Honda or Nissan, nor a pick-up truck from the likes of Ford or Chevy. Instead, it’s a battery powered, mid-size crossover, from a brand that hasn’t been around for much more than 20 years.
Which means a raft of mid-life updates to the Tesla Model Y are A BIG DEAL – whereas usually a nip ‘n’ tuck for a model a few years into its lifecycle wouldn’t move the needle.
So, what changes are big, what changes are small, have they been successful, and will they be enough to keep Tesla atop the global sales chart?
