In late August, 2024, I set out on a Wednesday night during my workweek to camp at a HipCamp near Johnstown, Ohio. This was my first camping trip sleeping in my new (to me) 2021 Subaru Outback. I got to the spot, set up a tarp, found/processed firewood, cooked over the campfire, and relaxed in the woods. It rained overnight. In the morning I made coffee and oatmeal and then packed up and headed out. It was a great weeknight campout!
