How and Why Fishing Lines Can Turn Fish into Biters, or Non-Biters.
NOTE: At 3:55 in this video, I mentioned a piece of research suggesting that bass can see lines down to a diameter of 0.006”. I’ve since tried to relocate that research and have been unable to find it. That’s unfortunate and I apologize for citing my own, potentially faulty, memory. However, the take-home message of the video does not rely on whether bass can physically see line. What alarms them is the disturbances a length of line —even one of fine diameter— can make on or in the water.
