This is the second part to the video that goes through a process of trying a fix on a Samsung TV (UN58TU7000) that turns ON and OFF continuously or Power cycles or Boot-loops. The standby light blinks continuously and does not power on or show any image. This could be applicable to other Samsung models. I use a method from Power Led Electronic @powerledelectronic to improve image quality, using a DC to DC converter.
