Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Starfield isn't a great game, but I also had a lot of fun with it for over 200 hours. So today we've got another subjective fanfiction carrying absolutely no weight whatsoever, a hypothetical fixed version of Starfield. This episode has an obligiatory rewrite of the intro, although I don't consider that nearly as important as creating a new Gameplay Loop since Starfield basically doesn't have one. They cast aside their handcrafted Sandboxes and replaced them with... basically nothing, let's fix that. Procedural Generation isn't bad on the face of it, but to say it isn't used to it's full potential in Starfield is an understatement. This'll be a mutli-part video series with parts coming in whenever I feel like it, so the next video will be between next week and the end of the universe. 00:00 Hello 01:13 Intro 06:11 First Dungeon 08:58 Constellation I 12:43 Spacers & Pirates 14:21 Constellation II 17:09 New Atlantis 21:32 Gameplay Loop I: Cities 23:38 Spaceships 24:49 Main Quest Backpath / Failsafe 31:35 Gameplay Loop II: Ground Exploration To Space 37:24 Open-World Sandboxes 40:05 Gameplay Loop III: Space and Ground Dance 45:58 No Game For Everyone 46:26 Value Of Modern Bethesda 47:16 Gameplay Loop IV: Unify 51:13 MSQ Problems 52:06 Gameplay Loop V: Bundle Quests & Misc 55:42 Conclusion
