Update: SolarEdge Support fixed this remotely. They said that when the board was replaced two years ago, this is likely to be when the mismatch was introduced. They adjusted a parameter, and told me not to adjust country/grid settings. But there's no illustration as to what parameter is affected.
I found out that my SolarEdge SE8000H inverter was producing a maximum of 6.4kW instead of the apparent 8kW that I believed it would provide.
In this video we look through the evidence that this is peaking out at 6.4kW, as well as exploring the SetApp settings that limit and control maximum power.
We then see what the application notes say about it before interrogating the system using some modbus queries.
