In this video i repair a top grab on a muck fork.
The steel used on these grabs is too thin and the tines always break out. I remove the old tines by cutting them out with the plasma cutter and clean them up with the grinder. I then cut a new length of box section and place it on the cnc plasma table to cut the new holes.
The box is then set up on the fixture table and the tines are set up, tacked it, pre heated then welded in.
The old tube is then removed and the new box section welded in.
