Fixing Everything

The plaintiff purchased a boat from the defendant, who promised him a repair. Unfortunately, the plaintiff claims the repair was never made, so he’s suing. The defendant argues she fixed the problem in question, and the plaintiff even inspected the boat for three hours, so she denies owing anything.
