I disappeared in 2020. I had trouble finding myself again. This is my story. Both arms, hands, fingers, neck, and upper back hurt.
The book "Atomic Habits" helped me greatly, especially the first chapter, with his baseball story. The book "Ikigai", is not because of that concept, but buying into "Blue Zone" people's habits. And my perseverance.
