Recipe for Parlenki in a pan with garlic oil
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
flour - 500 g (sifted)
yogurt - 250 g.
warm water - 50 ml.
oil - 50 ml.
dry yeast - 11 gr.
sugar - 1 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
egg - 1 pc.
cow butter - 60-70 g (soft, at room temperature)
garlic - 2 cloves.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Add sugar, yeast to the water and stir to dissolve the sugar. Wait for the yeast to activate for 10-15 minutes. Add salt to the sifted flour, stir and form a well. In the middle add the yeast, yoghurt, oil, egg and knead until you get a soft elastic dough. Leave the dough to rise for 90 minutes in the heat.
Add the finely chopped garlic to the butter and mix well. Divide the risen dough into 12 equal parts. Form 12 balls. Roll each ball with a diameter of about 17-20 centimeters.
Bake the parlenki on both sides in a well-heated lightly greased pan. Grease the prepared pearls with garlic oil while they are still warm! Enjoy your meal!
