A well-known traditional Kosovar dish.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 5 liters of water
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- real cow butter for spreading
Recipe:
The mixture should be beaten with a wooden spoon.
Mix: 3 eggs, 5 liters of cold water, 500 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt to taste.
Gradually add flour until a pancake-like mixture forms. Mix everything with a wooden spoon until all lumps are broken.
