In one of the most anticipated games of the season, the No. 24 Florida State Seminoles went on the road and upset the No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 86-81. Ta'Niya Latson scored 19 of her game-high 23 points in the 2nd half as she pushed the Seminoles across the finish line. Makayla Timpson was unstoppable in the paint, finishing with 22 points and an incredible 17 rebounds while O'Mariah Gordon added 15 points and Carla Viegas chipped in 12 points on 4-7 shooting from three-point range. Sonia Citron paced the Fighting Irish with 21 points in the loss.
