The Gators went into Tallahassee and defeated the Seminoles, 31-11. Florida State fumbled the ball eight times and lost five of the fumbles. Running back Lawrance Toafili ran the ball nine times for 43 yards and a touchdown, and he also caught three passes for 39 yards. For Florida, quarterback DJ Lagway completed 14-22 passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns.
