London Fog Tea
1 1/2 cup hot or cold tea (made using 2 tea bags)
1/2 cup milk, frothed
Honey Lavender Syrup to taste (I use about 2 tsp)
Recipe to make Honey Lavender Syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1 Tbl. culinary lavender buds
Combine over heat. Stir with a wooden spoon. When bubbles form, let simmer for 30 seconds and then turn the heat off and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the honey, pressing on the buds to release more flavor. Store in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
