The fabulous but very thin silk seen on the Marie Antoinette smalls is from Mood: https://www.moodfabrics.com/waterfall-iridescent-silk-shantung-fs36003-2158
The trim is made with 2mm light rose rounds for the center beads, antique pink beads for the side beads, and Miyuki 15/0 beads color 556 for the core beads. You can make it with 11/0 beads in 556 for the core beads and 15/0-556 for the side beads. I used 355 2mm rounds to make approximately 15" of trim for the top and bottom of the pincushion. For a beaded spiral rope trim that uses 2mm rounds for the center bead you need approximately 24 beads per inch of trim.
My beaded basket will be exhibited at the San Francisco School of Needlework and Design from March 19-May 21: https://sfneedleworkanddesign.org/

The article I referenced is by Joan Kendall, "The Development of a Distinctive Form of Quaker Dress", Costume 19:1 (1985)
And I kept flubbing my words, but Quaker men and women had their own separate meetings, which they kept minutes for, and those minutes are what I was trying and failing to reference.
