Okay, let's get one thing straight here. I'm not a fan of the Sans x Frisk shipping. In fact, I don't really support it at all. However, with a well-written and sad story such as Flowerfell (aka: "Overgrowth"), I actually think it works, but more on the platonic side.
Well, anyways, "Overgrowth" really touched me so much that I wanted to give it a shot at dubbing Qin-Ying's comic of the last scene of the story. It's honestly one of the saddest comic dubs I've ever done and I couldn't be prouder of how this turned out. I would recommend you to read the "Overgrowth" story yourself, but unfortunately, it's been taken down, so you'll have to go to Sanei (aka: Underfart-snas)'s Tumblr page to find out more about the story and the AU itself.
Like I said in my previous comic dub, "Almost There Sweetheart" by Tri-Jean, rarely do I ever get to voice a dying character in death scenes, so doing so as Frisk for this was quite heartbreaking, but a very good challenge for me. Also, given how they are designed in this comic, I went for a more female, young teen voice for Frisk, which works fine for me since it's closer to my natural voice, lol.
Hearing my friend, Steel, take on Sans and pour out so much emotion into this made the dub even more heartbreaking. This is honestly one of the best things I've heard from him next to how he did Sans in Man on the Internet's dub of Six Bones and his "cover" of Mogolovonio. XD Seriously, dude, excellent job. ^^
Oh, and I also wanna thank my closest friend, HyperVoiceActing, for providing some sad bits as Flowey. They really helped to increase the sad tone of this story. Thanks again, Steve. I'm extremely grateful for your help. :)
One last shout-out I wanna give is to Lia1291, the person who composed the music you just heard in this video. She makes a lot of beautiful orchestral arrangements for Undertale and I strongly recommend you check out her channel because she's amazing. :D
I wanna once again thank you all for being patient with me while I've been caught up with so many things at college. I didn't give any thought as to how busy I would actually be this semester, so it really means a lot to me that you still enjoy my stuff despite not having a lot of time to upload anything. I promise you all that the next comic dub, which'll take place around Thanksgiving break, won't be a disappointment either, so keep an eye out for that. :)
