Fly fishing for brook trout on small streams, those found in the backcountry of the Adirondacks, is a greeat way to spend some fishing time when the bigger streams are blown out due to rain. Fly fishing for brookies is great fun, especially on attractor dry fly patterns like the Ausable Wulff during the late Spring.

This fly fishing trip took place on two wild trout streams, requring minimal equipment including a 6 and 1/2 foot rod that casts well in the tight quarters of these smaller streams.

This fly fishing video documents a fun late Spring trip.
