i'm not sure if this is already a method but:
just imagine you are on a plane that is taking you to your desired reality.
you can do anything you want as this plays but i have two recommendations:
- relax as much as you can, as if you were falling asleep while saying affirmations.
- relax and visualize everything you're gonna do once you get there, as if you were going on vacation.
affirmations:
