This is the first of a collection of videos about flying in Australia with our Mooney N228RM.
This video deals with VFR flying and some general rules to follow when flying in Australia: the ASIC card, flight plan filing, airspace structure and aircraft-to-aircraft radio communication at remote and busy airfields. It shows the route we took through Australia, landing in Winton and Busselton, take-off in Cairns, and some snips of Perth, Shark Bay, Cairns, Mareeba, Merimbula, Ararat, Aldinga and Mount Beauty.
