FOLLOW ALONG NO REPEAT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS -Blast fat, build muscle and strengthen your abs with this 60 minute full body circuit with weights.
You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this fat burning full body no repeat workout. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells, but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level.
There are 6 Circuits that make up this full body no repeat home workout. Each with their own seperate time scheme. Complete each circuit of movements, as follows:
Circuit 1: 50 secs work/10 secs rest
Circuit 2: 45 secs work/15 secs rest
Circuit 3: 40 secs work/20 secs rest
Circuit 4: 50 secs work/10 secs rest
Circuit 5: 45 secs work/15 secs rest
Circuit 6: 40 secs work/20 secs rest
Have 1 minute rest between circuits
