FOLLOW ALONG NO REPEAT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS -Blast fat, build muscle and strengthen your abs with this 60 minute full body circuit with weights. You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this fat burning full body no repeat workout. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells, but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level. There are 6 Circuits that make up this full body no repeat home workout. Each with their own seperate time scheme.
