I have already done the hedge trimming and grass cutting job in this yard in one of my videos and in the comment I wrote that if the video gets enough likes I will come back here and do the backyard trimming, finally I kept my promise.
I started the job by cleaning out the overgrown porch near the front door, it may have been beautiful before, but now it was overgrown and covered in ivy and the wood was almost dry, so I decided to remove it completely. I wasn't having much luck with the weather as usual, as it was raining lightly and occasionally wet snowing. I quickly dug out all the shrubs from the root, then cut the branches off the tree and then dug it out completely and loaded everything into the trailer. The next day I started clearing out the overgrowth on the back side of the yard, it was practically a forest and the ivy had taken over so badly that the stacked paving stones were just covered with roots, it was also full of old stuff, even an old bicycle. When I practically cut out all the ivy, I found that it was a cabin, I looked inside and realized that no one had been inside for at least 10 years.
I then proceeded to remove the ivy from the roof, the roots also covered all the shingles and it took me quite a bit of effort to remove it all, I also cleaned the neighbor's wall which was also covered in ivy, then proceeded to load it into the trailer.
The next day it snowed, I had to leave as soon as possible as it would snow and I would have to dig everything out from under the snow, even so I quickly hauled everything and loaded it on the trailer, but I got completely soaked as the snow was very wet and melted quickly, then I took everything to the recycling dump. After that I came back and finished cleaning up , I also took the trash to the dump and spread the rocks and dug out a stack of curbs.
On the last day I came and trimmed the bushes that were near the dumpsters and blew out all the leaves.
This job took me 4 days to do as it gets dark very early and I couldn't do it more than 5 hours a day, so it took me about 20 hours and 4 full trailers!
