Ford F250 Super Duty A/C Compressor Replacement condenser, orifice tube, evaporator, accumulator
Today we are tackling the A/C system on this 2001 Ford F250 V10 6.8l gasser. We are replacing the compressor, evaporator, condenser, filter drier, and of course the orifice tube. This is a project that is fairly involved, but something I think you can still do mostly in your garage. I will recommend that you have your system recovered prior to starting and will also recommend that if you do not have the tools to vacuum and recharge, that you take your vehicle to your local mechanic for that portion of the project.
