Llamas with Hats is an absurdist series, created by @FilmCow (Jason Steele) in the early days of YouTube. It focused on a pair of talking Llamas, Paul, and Carl - The latter being a destructive lunatic of sociopathic proportions. Ten years after it's final episode, and 15 years after it began, a new epilogue was released - And with it, my itch to analyse came to me.
Within this analysis, we deconstruct the surrealist nature of the epilogue, how it related to the original series, and try to answer the question posed by the series - Is Carl capable of redemption?
