Mel McDonald is a retired judge for the Maricopa County Superior Court, former prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and former U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona. The convicted killer is accused of conspiring to commit first-degree murder in the death of her fourth husband Charles Vallow.
