Fort Ebey, like Fort Casey just a bit farther south, is an historic military fort on Whidbey Island that is fun to explore. The batteries and bunkers are interesting to wander through and learn about their use during WWII. The Bluff trail provides ample views across the Puget Sound to the Olympic Mountains, Port Townsend, and beyond.
