3lbs of ground beef
6oz Italian blend cheese or romano
32oz Ricotta cheese
8oz Shredded mozzarella
2oz Shredded cheddar
60oz Tomato sauce (salt added)
30oz Diced tomatoes
1 large onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
1 box large shells
1 egg
Parsley, pepper, basil, oregano, and rosemary to taste
