A Fournier flight on an overcast day. One of my favorite aircraft is definitely the Fournier RF4D. A truly magnificent machine and a pure joy to fly as evidenced by this short flight on an otherwise quite dark and gloomy day. A storm was approaching, so I kept the flight short, but I managed about 30+min, with some of it in cloud valleys and through wisps :)
Multiple cloud layers were present with the lowest layer of scattered clouds at about 2500-3000'' AGL and further layers much higher. Northerly wind was quite blustery at 8-16kt causing some turbulence at low level, close to the ground.
With me still learning about my Action camera (this is only my second video) I found out it struggles with the contrast of the clouds and the resultant quality not being that great. I played with the settings and I think the next one will be better, but for what its worth please enjoy watching.
