We explore three ways to place your sketch onto a uneven or curved surface using projection through either the part workbench or curves workbench or by unwrapping the surface on the curves workbench in FreeCAD. In this demonstration I use a SVG file containing a logo created in inkscape and use this to project it as a face onto a curved surface or uneven face. We learn how to wrap this around spheres and cylinder and experiment with unwrapping a face of an object to sketch directly upon.
