FREESTYLE ROTATION | 4 Drills You MUST Do to Improve Rotation and Timing!!

This video studies the progression through the BLABT rule in freestyle swimming, aimed at specifically improving freestyle rotation and timing with the help of 4 freestyle technique drills. When swimming freestyle there are 5 main elements that you need to focus on; Body Position, Leg Kick, Arm Pull, Breathing and Timing of your stroke. Separating each of these areas out into simple progressions through swimming drills will make life much easier when learning how to swim freestyle.
