We return to the South Devon Railway for a brakevan ride during the new Freight Experience days taking place during a few weekends of the SDR's 2024 season. Something which is set to become a regular event with night experiences being planned as well.
We start our journey from Buckfastleigh, heading through the Dart Valley to Staverton and finish at Totnes Riverside, taking in the scenic route of the original branchline which used to run to Ashburton.
If you have not visited the south devon railway before, it is definitely worth visiting. :)
